I take great care in packaging your cards and prints to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All orders are sent via Australia Post.

Below are the estimated delivery timeframes once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

Below is a rough estimate of the standard delivery times for metro and regional areas within Australia:

Metro areas: 4 – 6 business days

Regional areas: 6 - 10 business days

Note for Print Orders: Large prints are typically sent via Parcel Post to ensure they are tracked and handled with extra care.

International Shipping

I love sending our art across the globe! International delivery times vary depending on your location and the service selected.

I aim to dispatch orders as early as possible. Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may be affected by seasonal peaks or regional delays.

Returns & Exchanges 

Please choose carefully, refunds or exchanges are not permitted for change of mind for products ordered online.

All parcels are packaged with love and care, transit damage or faulty items are very rare. If this occurs, please contact me directly within 48 hours and I will minimise any inconvenience as best I can.

To return faulty or damaged goods:

1. The item/items must be returned within 15 days of invoice. 

2. The product(s) must be new, i.e. unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and in their original packaging and/or tags attached. 

3. Email me directly with your name, invoice number, product name, and reason for return and request for replacement. 

4. All freight costs for returns and deliveries of exchanges (excluding faulty goods) will be at the customer's expense. Jen Luo Designs cannot be held responsible for any products lost/damaged in transit.
